Facebook Offer Terms & Conditions
Russell Landscape Services is a family-owned business that was born from prayer and founded on the principles of providing quality results, a high level of customer service and honest prices to both residential and commercial customers.
1. The offer claim provided by Russell Landscape Services through the use of Facebook’s offer claim advertising feature must be confirmed by calling 614.332.1236 or emailing heather@russellexcavationservices.com to get your potential project or service level quoted and your needs assessed. The offer then must be presented to Russ Pennell or a Russell Landscape Services project manager at the time services are rendered in order to be redeemed.
2. Employees of Russell Landscape Services or their family members shall not be permitted to claim the offer.
3. There is no fee to claim the offer through Facebook. The offer can only be redeemed by purchasing a project or package through Russell Landscape Services valued at $3,000 or more.
4. The expiration date to redeem this offer is scheduled for December 31, 2015. After this date the no further offer claims will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for offer claims not received for whatever reason.
6. Russell Landscape Services reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer claim and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Russell Landscape Services.
7. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the offer claim.
8. Only one offer claim can be redeemed per calendar year.
9. Russell Landscape Services will NOT accept any potential combined offers.
10. Making an offer claim will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. This offer claim is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The information provided to claim the offer will be used by Russell Landscape Services to contact you for the purpose of learning more about your upcoming project or service needs.
